Settle in and get productive at The Old Cinema, where bright, spacious open-plan seating meets a professional yet welcoming atmosphere in the auditorum. Enjoy flexible, hassle-free hotdesking with fair-use access to a private room for calls, a printer, and a fully equipped kitchen for your coffee breaks. Located on the ground floor, our space is fully wheelchair accessible, complete with a disabled WC. And because great ideas shouldn’t be left at home, we’re dog-friendly too! Hotdesking hours: 9am - 5.30pm. We are centrally located in Rye, just 5 mins from the station with public carpark directly opposite.

Cancellation Policy
Hot desk day passes are subject to availability and must be booked in advance. Walk-ins are welcome but not guaranteed. Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund. No refunds for same-day cancellations or no-shows. Your pass includes access to open-plan seating, high-speed WiFi, unlimited coffee, and a private room for calls (subject to availability). Our space is wheelchair accessible, with a disabled WC available. We ask all guests to respect the shared workspace, keep noise to a minimum, and leave their area clean after use. Dogs are welcome but we ask you don't leave them unattended when possible, bring a leash in case of other dogs in the space and clean up after your furry friends.
